How dose it work?
Before any project begins, I offer a free consultation where we’ll chat about your ideas, goals and budget. It’s a chance to explore what’s possible, discuss different options, and make sure we create something that fits exactly what you’re looking for.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We're based in South Wales, but I’m always up for an adventure! If your story takes me a little further from home, there’ll just be a small travel fee depending on where we’re headed.
When will we get our photos or videos?
It really depends on the project, since every shoot is a bit different. We’ll chat about what’s important to you during the consultation and agree on a timeline that fits. Once we’ve set that, I’ll make sure your photos or videos are ready when you need them.Videos are a little different and depend on the project, timeframes, and other factors, which we’ll go over during your consultation.
What if we’re camera shy?
Honestly, most people feel a bit camera shy, and that’s completely normal.
My job is to help you relax so it feels easy being in front of the camera. The best photos and videos usually come from natural moments, not stiff poses, so if posing isn’t really your thing, we’ll keep it candid with just a touch of gentle direction.
You’ll probably hear me say something like “look at each other and laugh” more than once. It’s all about capturing the genuine stuff, not forcing it.
How do I book?
The booking process is simple and stress free! A deposit is taken when you book to secure your date — once it’s locked in, no one else can book it. You’ll receive a receipt by email after each payment and the remaining balance will be due one month before the work begins.
Do we need to arrange food for you?
Food is always appreciated but definitely not expected! We usually bring something with us just in case, so there’s no pressure at all.
Is there a fee to cancel?
There’s no cancellation fee, but deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date. You’ll have one opportunity to reschedule if your plans change.
Do we need to arrange accommodation?
For corporate work, accommodation may need to be arranged depending on the schedule and location. If the job is more than 30 miles from our office, or if timings make travel difficult, we’ll discuss accommodation as part of the planning.
